April 2023 will mark three years since I began to write reviews of various sales books. The first “victim” was ‘Supercharge Your Selling’ by Nigel Henzell-Thomas. This particular edition had been on my bookshelf at home since about 1982, or was it 1983? A fine little sales guidebook but not quite in my top ten. Sorry Nige.
I’ve chosen four sales books which really hit the spot. I suppose I could have added one from Jim Irving‘s brilliant B2B guides but where does one stop? So many of my reads have something to offer the ‘wet behind the ears’ sales trainee or an experienced old-timer.
These three made the cut. In no particular order:
Cold Calling For Chickens by Bob Etherington
The Way Of The Dog by Geoff Burch
Conversations That Sell by Nancy Bleeke
Which leaves one at the top of the pile…… The Transparency Sale by Todd Caponi (who by the way really knows his sales history stuff)
