What the difference?
To my mind it’s nothing. With both you need to practice and prepare accordingly, have a positive frame of mind and be mindful of the roadhumps along the way.
You mustn’t underestimate the amount of work you need to put in beforehand. Researching the customer is not enough – one must point out the benefits of doing business with you, as opposed to a competitor or to remain with the status quo. All three could be valid!
Above all else, never think you can get a deal by winging it….
