Managing a database of many thousands of subscribers, I don’t suppose is an easy business. Mistakes are bound to occur. But when you’re on the receiving end of an error it can be really annoying. I was quite befuddled when this arrived (in the form of a card) from The Telegraph. I’ve quite forgotten when they changed from being the Daily Telegraph or the version with the definite article included…..
I am being a pedant? I don’t think so. Being successful in sales is all about getting the little marketing details correct. There’s nothing worse than getting a customers name wrong in your marketing collateral. You might just as well enter the title of this blog post.
