Part Four of this book is entitled ‘Getting Deals Done’ – don’t you just love that? There’s no clever chit-chat in this book, instead we have a wonderful series of stories, anecdotes and sales wisdom from author Patrick Tinney who tells it to you straight.
The introduction has two blinding statements. There’s ‘Integrity is our true North’ and this: Go out of your way to know your customers and their competitors as well or better than they do.
I’ll shortly outline my views on this publication, one of three which the author has penned in recent years.
